Job summary

SYSTRA India is seeking an MEP Engineer for Design & PMC on a commercial project in Delhi. You will review and coordinate MEP designs, oversee installation, and ensure compliance with project requirements across multiple disciplines.

The role requires a BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in大型 institutional / government / corporate building projects. On-site work in Delhi is expected.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in institutional building/government/commercial projects desirable.
• Experience in design review, execution, supervision, testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Review MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations for compliance with project requirements and codes.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS consultants.
• Monitor installation of MEP systems and ensure conformity with approved drawings and standards.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and technical proposals.
• Inspect MEP installations and verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Verify MEP measurements and quantities for contractor billing.
• Review variation orders and assess technical implications.

We are seeking applications for the position of MEP Engineer for Design & PMC for Commercial project.

Missions/Main Duties

• Review MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations for compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Building Management System (BMS) consultants.
• Monitor installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, and allied systems.
• Ensure all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and technical proposals.
• Inspect MEP installations and verify compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Verify MEP measurements and quantities for contractor billing.
• Review variation orders and assess technical implications.

Profile/Skills

• B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in institutional building / complex i.e. Government / Semi Government / Corporate Offices, IT enabled services, Biotech Park, Higher Education Institutions.
• Experience in design review, execution, supervision, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems for commercial building projects.
