Job summary

SYSTRA India is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor / Billing and Document Controller for a Design & PMC role on a Commercial project. The position requires a strong civil engineering background and hands-on supervision experience on large building projects.

Based on site in Delhi, the candidate will supervise civil and structural works, ensure QA/QC, manage documentation, and coordinate with contractors and project teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in supervision and execution of building construction projects.
• Experience in Institutional Buildings, Government Buildings, Corporate Offices, IT Parks, Biotech Parks, Educational Campuses, Research Facilities, or similar large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil and structural construction activities at site, ensuring works follow approved drawings, specs, contract conditions and codes.
• Verify construction methods and materials conform to approved standards.
• Monitor deployment of manpower, equipment and resources.
• Conduct regular inspections of civil and structural works and ensure QA/QC procedures are followed.

We are seeking applications for the position of Quantity Surveyor /Billing and Document Controller for Design & PMC for Commercial project.

Missions/Main Duties
