Job summary

Smartworks in Bengaluru seeks a Quantity Surveyor-Assistant QS Manager in the Project department. You will understand drawings, quantify, prepare BOQ/BQO, and assist with rate analysis and material sourcing.

The position requires 4–5 years QS experience in interior fit-out projects, with CAD/3D presentation BOQ experience and knowledge of UOM. Collaboration with architects and draftsmen is essential.

• Able to brief the scope of work as per proposed drawing
• Preparation the detail specification of product/items'
• Preparation of the BOQ from CAD or 3D presentation with clarify the items
• Knowledge of UOM (Unit of Measurement)
• Availability of material and its resources from market standard
• Knowledge of row material and their base rate
• Rate analysis for the variance type of /standard/customized items
