Job summary

Viva Interiors in Hyderabad seeks a seasoned Commercial Manager to own BOQ preparation, cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement across luxury interior fit-out projects.

You will lead vendor negotiations, contract administration, and profitability analysis while coordinating with Design, Finance, Sales, and Project teams to ensure commercial alignment. Strong Excel/AutoCAD skills and experience in interior projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial planning for interiors/furniture projects.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, supplier/vendor evaluation, and contract administration.
• Ability to forecast profitability and manage project commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, cost estimation, and commercial planning.
• Own quotations, pricing strategy, project costing, and profitability analysis across Furniture and PMC projects.
• Prepare and review PMC proposals, contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and commercial documentation.
• Lead commercial evaluations of supplier quotations, contractor bids, and procurement proposals.
• Lead vendor negotiations, procurement strategy, and commercial discussions to maximize project profitability.
• Own project budgets, cost control measures, commercial performance, and profitability targets.
• Manage variation orders, commercial claims, contractual obligations, and change management processes.
• Calculate landed costs for imported luxury furniture, including freight, customs duties, insurance, and logistics costs.
• Review and approve Proforma Invoices, vendor invoices, contractor bills, and payment recommendations.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Project teams to ensure commercial alignment.
• Conduct site visits for quantity verification, budget monitoring, and commercial reviews when required.
• Prepare client billings, payment certifications, profitability reports, MIS reports, and budget variance reports.
• Drive value engineering, cost optimization initiatives, and commercial compliance across projects.
• Support management with commercial insights, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
