Opus Architects in Bengaluru seeks a detail-oriented professional to prepare BOQs for base building and interiors of residential and commercial projects. You will negotiate with vendors, verify contractor bills, and perform rate analysis for non-tendered items, while maintaining meticulous documentation and supporting procurement activities.

Role requires site visits for measurements, preparation of comparative statements, and solid knowledge of civil and interior items and specifications.
