Job summary

Deloitte US-India Offices in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Qualtrics CX/EX consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and translate business requirements into robust Qualtrics solutions for client engagements.

You will design surveys, workflows, dashboards, and XM Directory, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience with the Qualtrics XM Platform.
• Experience leading end-to-end implementation of CX and/or EX programs.
• Strong expertise in survey design, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and XM Directory.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Qualtrics solutions.
• Experience with Qualtrics integrations (APIs, CRM, HRIS) and platform configuration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.
• Experience leading client discussions, solution design, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience with the Qualtrics XM Platform.
• Experience leading end-to-end implementation of Customer Experience (CX) and/or Employee Experience (EX) programs.
• Strong expertise in survey design, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and XM Directory.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Qualtrics solutions.
• Experience with Qualtrics integrations (APIs, CRM, HRIS) and platform configuration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.
• Experience leading client discussions, solution design, and mentoring junior team members.

Certification

• Qualtrics Platform Essentials and/or Qualtrics XM for CX/EX Expert Certification (preferred).
• Legacy Qualtrics CX/EX Technology Consultant certifications are also acceptable
