Job summary

Zill Consulting is seeking an experienced Implementation consultant to lead Qualtrics XM projects for international clients from Mumbai. You will act as the primary client contact, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive projects from scoping through delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an Implementation consultant.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical consulting, customer success, or similar client-facing role in tech.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions; ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong data analytics and interpretation knowledge.
• Certification or deep experience with Qualtrics XM Platform is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technical implementations from inception to completion.
• Experience building relationships with clients at all levels and with international clients.

Job Description

A Day in the Life:

• Quickly become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.
  
• Serve as main point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion.
  
• Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work.
  
• Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment.
  
• Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through calls and email.
  
• Train and teach clients on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.
  
• Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies.
  
• Be a key stakeholder in building ZILL's relationship with the client.
  
• Managing implementation activities, including time commitment, budget and risk management.
  
• Providing support to the project team ensuring all project documentation is current and up to date.
  
• Responding to client issues and ensuring resolution of issues.
  
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  
• Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with client, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. understand client objectives, challenges, and opportunities to develop tailored solutions.
  

Requirements

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience as an Implementation consultant.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical consulting, customer success, or in a similar client-facing role in the technology sector.
  
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to grasp complex software and learn new technologies quickly.
  
• Strong foundational knowledge in data analytics and interpretation.
  
• Certification or deep experience with the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform is highly desirable.
  
• Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering complex technical implementations from inception to completion.
  
• Experience in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  
• Prior experience working with international clients.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
  
• Robust problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
  
• Agility in learning and adapting to new technologies and changes in a rapidly evolving industry.
  
• Solid track record in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
