Job summary

Connexr is seeking an experienced Qualtrics XM Consultant to join our team in a hybrid work setup in Hyderabad. You will lead hands-on implementation and configuration of Qualtrics XM and XM Discover, provide second-level support, and manage API integrations and automated workflows.

You will collaborate with IT, digital, and business stakeholders, ensuring data collection quality and delivering actionable insights using Power BI and other reporting tools. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in hybrid work environments.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on implementation and configuration of Qualtrics XM and XM Discover.
• Provide second-level support for Qualtrics-related issues including survey logic debugging, workflow troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Manage API integrations, system connectivity, and automated workflow creation/maintenance.
• Support data collection processes, monitor data quality, and enable actionable insights through structured outputs.
• Collaborate with IT, digital, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
