Qualifications

• Basic experience with metadata, taxonomy, or content classification.
• Familiarity with content repositories, publishing workflows, or internal knowledge platforms.
• Prior experience supporting content operations, knowledge management, or publishing teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform content transposing and formatting tasks to ensure content is aligned to publishing requirements
• Conduct basic duplicate content checks and flag potential overlaps or inconsistencies for review
• Manage basic communications with stakeholders to support publishing activities, follow-ups, and status updates
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within agreed timelines with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and quality
• Support day-to-day publishing operations by maintaining proper tracking, prioritization, and timely delivery of work
• Apply basic understanding of metadata and taxonomy to help categorize and organize content appropriately
• Assist with other foundational content-related activities as needed to support smooth functioning of the KX Quals Publishing team
