Job summary

RepIndia is seeking a Quality Analyst to audit high volumes of customer interactions daily, ensuring adherence to SOPs and brand guidelines. The role requires strong English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide actionable feedback to agents and stakeholders.

You will maintain detailed QC reports, track performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous process improvements, ultimately enhancing customer experience through robust quality control

Qualifications

• Excellent command over the English language (written, verbal, and comprehension).
• Basic understanding of Content moderation and ORM-related roles.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Willingness to work on weekends as per business requirements.
• Ability to handle high-volume auditing work with accuracy and consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Clear understanding and acceptance of the QC (Quality Check) role responsibilities.
