• Ability to analyse and recreate web hosted content as part of a team that is migrating content from SharePoint to My Support and Contentful.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and your role in daily team activities.
• Ability to understand and document the business processes that are described in the content. Participate in refining the processes, which is an additional goal required by the project.
