Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced content operations specialist to manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including XML coding, DTD development, and post-publication validation. You will collaborate with global trainers and stakeholders, contribute to production schedules, drive automation and process improvements, and troubleshoot information-conversion issues during workflows.

Excellent English communication, familiarity with ServiceNow and monitoring tools, and the ability to prioritize

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-publishing, ticketing systems, and XML coding
• At least 1.5 years of experience in XML-based applications, DTD development, coding, incident management, and monitoring tools
• Good XML coding and DTD knowledge is required
• Knowledge of MS Office software and service monitoring tools is an added advantage
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
• Knowledge of XML, DTD, ServiceNow, monitoring tools, incident management, and MS Office tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to articulate thoughts and requirements clearly and concisely to US trainers/stakeholders
