Job summary

Saral Management Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Lead to drive quality across the assembly and fabrication processes. You will lead a quality team, implement Lean tools, and coordinate audits to ensure defect-free products.

The role requires a lead auditor certification and experience with ISO 9001/14001/50001, with a focus on process improvement and waste reduction in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must be Lead Auditor / Certified Internal Auditor with ISO audit experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2018, ISO 50001:2018 and ISO 14000:2018 is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Quality Circle, Poka Yoke).
• Basic knowledge of fabrication/machining, coating, casting, forging, plastics molding, and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Quality Team to ensure flawless products from Assembly Shop.
• Drive quality requirements across the manufacturing cycle and reduce process waste.
• Analyze data to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate IMS internal and external audits and drive improvement actions across the organization.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Quality Team to ensure flawless products from Assembly Shop.
• Drive Quality requirements though complete cycle of manufacturing process and reduction of process waste.
• Analysis of data and problems faced at manufacturing process and corrective actions from concern agencies.

Coordinate IMS external and internal audits and drive improvement actions throughout the organization

Knowledge & working experience with Lean Mfg systems & its tools 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circle, Poka Yoke

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes as Fabrication / Machining / Powder coating / Casting / Forging / Plastic molding and Equipment Assembly.
• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques, Ability to perform analysis of data and find the area of improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Lead auditor / Certified Internal Auditor, MR. Working experience with QMS ISO 9001:2018 / EnMS ISO 50001:2018 systems., EMS ISO 14000:2018
