Job summary

Aum Staffing Services is seeking a candidate experienced in sheet metal forming processes, including CNC punching and machine assembly. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and be familiar with managing productivity metrics.

Responsibilities include the implementation of ERP systems, maintaining production MIS, and ensuring adherence to IMS and ISO standards. Candidates must also have a solid understanding of safety and quality management practices.

Qualifications

• Familiar with lean manufacturing processes and practices.
• Responsible for monitoring productivity.
• Conversant with manufacturing excellence concepts including 5S and QMS tools.

• ERP related experience and responsibility for ERP implementation.
