Job summary

This role involves leading quality management activities across process and product audits, SPC/MSA, PPAP submissions, and internal audits to ensure compliance with IATF16949:2016, ISO standards and 5S at the shop floor. Daily monitoring of customer complaints and robust corrective actions are expected.

The incumbent will train operators, develop SOPs and control plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 8D, Kaizen, and TPM across manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct Process & Product Audit.
Conduct SPC & MSA as per plan.
To ensure that processes needed for the Quality management system are established, implemented and maintained.
To Prepare & submit PPAP to customer.
To responsible for incoming, final inspection.
To organize internal audit (IATF16949:2016, Process & Product audit) and to ensure that timely actions are taken against observed non-conformities.
To control cost of quality & Cost of Poor Quality.
To Supplier QMS, Product & Process audit
To Handling Technical & IATF Documents.
To develop SOPs, work instructions and formats for defining quality parameters.
Daily review & monitoring of customer complaint & status.
Training to operator/Inspector for Instrumentation.
Conduct Process for Layout inspection as per Plan.
Conduct Control Plan review as per Plan.
8D raise against 20% major problem after analysis of pareto chart..
Implementation & Maintain QMS as per IATF-16949:2016, ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 & ISO-45001:2018.
Reduce customer Complaint.
Monitoring of RBA analysis with their Corrective Action Daily Basis.
Maintaining 5s & line balancing at shop floor.7 QC Tools.
Basic knowledge of TPM.
Poke-Yoke & Kaizen.
Daily Gemba audit Shop Floor.
