Job summary

PSP Projects Ltd. is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Lead for its precast factory in India. The role focuses on leading the QA/QC function, developing QMS and SOPs, and ensuring ISO 9001 compliance with company quality standards.

You will monitor raw material quality, oversee concrete mix designs and quality testing, and conduct comprehensive inspections at pre-pour, post-pour, reinforcement, mould and finished stages, while reviewing test records to ensure quality excellence.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the QA/QC function in the precast factory.
• Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards.
• Monitor quality of raw materials such as cement, aggregates, admixtures, reinforcement steel and inserts.
• Oversee concrete mix designs, trial mixes and quality testing activities.
• Perform slump tests, cube tests, compressive strength tests and durability tests.
• Conduct pre-pour, post-pour, reinforcement, mould and finished product inspections.
• Review and approve quality inspection reports and test records.
