Sense in Vadodara, Gujarat is seeking a QA/QC engineer to establish and develop the quality system at project/site level. You will participate in material evaluation, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with project specs.

Candidate will oversee QA/QC formats, supplier material inspections, and site audits, coordinating with clients and contractors to resolve quality issues and maintain quality records.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and develop the quality system at site/project/company per requirements.
• Prepare job procedures and formats at start.
• Prepare checklists, ITPs and QAP as per project needs.
• Implement quality concepts and systems at site.
• Finalize materials and concrete mix design sources.
• Set up Site Quality Laboratory for sieve analysis and compressive strength tests.
• Monitor civil works from a quality perspective.
• Assist in evaluating materials against project specs.
• Check incoming materials and certifications.
• Inspect materials at vendor shops.
• Maintain QC formats for all work.
• Sample materials for testing and cube testing per frequency.
• Conduct internal contractor site audits.
• Hold weekly/monthly meetings with client and contractor to resolve issues.
• Issue Observations Quality Aspect (OQA) for quality lapses.
• Assist in final documentation.

• Establishing and Developing the Quality System of site / project / company as per requirement
• Initially involved in Preparing Job Procedures, Format
• Check list & Inspection Test Plan (ITP's), Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) according to Project requirement.
• Implementation of Quality Concept and System at project site
• Involved in finalising the sources of material and mix design for concrete.
• Responsible for Set up of Site Quality Laboratory for field testing like sieve analysis, compressive strength of concrete and compaction test.
• Monitoring the civil work w.r.t quality point of view.
• To assist in Evaluation of material w.r.t Project specification.
• Check all incoming material and manufacture test certificate.
• Involved in inspection of material at vendor shop,
• Maintain all QC format for all work.
• Ensuring the sampling of material for testing and cube for testing as per Frequency.
• Conduct internal contractor site Audit.
• Conduct weekly/Monthly meeting with client & Contractor for resolving quality issue.
• Issue OQA (Observation Quality Aspect) for any Quality lapse
• Involved in final documentation works
• To assist in Evaluation of material w.r.t Project specification.
• Check all incoming material and manufacture test certificate.
