Satav Stone Company is seeking a QA/QC professional to lead quality initiatives for concrete materials, including admixtures, aggregates, batching and cement plants, and ready-mix operations. You will conduct sub-plant visits to monitor progress and identify defects, then develop and implement QMS to meet industry standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve concrete-technical queries and provide training on QA/QC procedures.

• Ensure quality control and assurance of concrete materials, including admixtures, aggregates, batching plants, cement plants, and ready mix concrete.
• Conduct regular Sub plant visits to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues or defects.
• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical queries related to concrete technology.
• Provide training on QA/QC procedures to team members.
