Job summary

GEM Engserv Pvt Ltd. invites applications for a QAQC Professional at the Precast Plant Project in Pune and Ahmedabad. Immediate joiners preferred; accommodation is not provided by the company and must be arranged by the candidate.

The role requires hands-on QC in precast production and strong leadership with clear verbal and written communication. Experience: 4+ years in precast and QA/QC, with knowledge of IS codes and related testing/inspection processes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in precast field.
• Must have strong experience in Quality Control field.
• Knowledge of IS codes used in QC work is essential.
• Strong experience with testing, inspection and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect moulds before casting and verify mould condition, reinforcement, cover blocks, and approved drawings.
• Manage pre-activity, in-process, and post-activity quality checks for precast elements per client quality system.
• Monitor concreting activities and ensure required concrete quality standards are met.
• Ensure the casting yard is adequately protected and staffed before production starts.
• Monitor demoulding and handling of Delta Blocks.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, ITPs, checklists, and quality procedures.
• Maintain inspection and quality records and report deviations/non-conformities.

Selection Criteria

• Must have strong experience into Precast field

• Must have idea about all IS Codes that being get used in to QC work
• Must have strong experience of all testing, Inspection related work.
• Good verbal & Written Communication skills & strong leadership skills.
