Corporate Stalwarts in India seeks a seasoned QA/QC Manager for precast construction projects. You will direct the quality management system across precast plants and sites, ensuring strict adherence to drawings and method statements.

Responsibilities include developing protocols, conducting audits, and training QA/QC personnel to drive continuous improvement in safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 14+ years total experience in construction/infrastructure/precast
• 7–8 years hands-on QA/QC management experience
• Precast experience of 6–8 years mandatory
• Strong hands-on precast manufacturing, production quality and site erection quality

• Develop, deploy, and maintain robust quality protocols and checklists for precast workflows
• Verify all precast components are built to approved drawings, specs, and method statements
• Oversee QA/QC through production lifecycle from incoming materials to dispatch
• Coordinate with engineering and production to resolve non-conformances and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular audits to ensure safety and quality standards
• Lead, train, and evaluate QA/QC staff for continuous improvement

Job description

• Direct and manage the comprehensive quality management system for both the precast plant and associated construction sites.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain robust quality protocols, detailed inspection plans, and standardized checklists tailored to precast production workflows.
• Verify that all precast components are fabricated and assembled in exact accordance with approved technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Oversee quality assurance processes throughout the entire production lifecycle, starting from the inspection of incoming raw materials and continuing through manufacturing, curing, and final dispatch.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve non-conformances and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of QA/QC staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 14 years of total experience in construction/infrastructure/precast.
• Minimum 7–8 years of hands‑on experience in QA/QC management.
• PRECAST EXPERIENCE OF 6–8 YEARS IS MANDATORY.
• Strong hands‑on experience in precast manufacturing, production quality and site erection quality is mandatory.
• Experience handling large‑scale/high-volume precast plants and projects will be preferred.
