Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters or BSc in a technical area (Energy Tech, Mechanical, Materials)
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Manager experience, preferably in energy
• Strong English communication (spoken and written)
• Willingness for domestic and international travel
• Experience in international business environments and cross-cultural communication
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex problems with strong judgment and accountability

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001 certification through regional activities
• Implement and monitor the company quality management system regionally
• Act as regional quality expert for the JV
• Evaluate and approve new suppliers to support growth and quality
• Identify and qualify external inspectors; ensure supplier quality compliance

Key Functions & Tasks :

• Managing and coordinating activities required to maintain ISO 9001 certification.
• Ensuring effective regional implementation of the company quality management system.
• Acting as the regional quality expert.
• Playing a key role in evaluating and approving new suppliers to support business growth and quality performance.
• Supporting the organization in identifying, evaluating, and qualifying external inspectors.
• Ensuring supplier deliveries consistently meet quality requirements.
