Education -

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience-

• 12+ years of experience in quality management within the battery manufacturing or related industry (preferably lithium-ion battery pack assembly).
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc.).
• Proven track record in leading teams and driving continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Proficiency in using quality control tools, statistical analysis, and process optimization techniques
• Good knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification audits
• Experience in QMS audits handling
