Job summary

Everest Holovisions Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to design and implement QC processes, ensure compliance to standards, and drive continuous improvement across production and packing lines.

The role includes auditing, data reporting, and resolving customer complaints, with emphasis on independent work and strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Understanding customer requirements to develop quality control processes.
• Devising specifications for final products and for incoming material.
• Develop processes for quality check, production improvement, and packing.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with local and global standards.
• Implement QC systems, procedures, and SOPs.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to policies.
• Train QA personnel to build a strong unit.
• Establish sampling, recording, and data reporting procedures.
• Coordinate between management and production teams with clear communication.
• Maintain knowledge of legal standards and quality control procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and, if needed, visit customers to address needs.

Role & responsibilities

1. Understanding customer requirements to develop effectual quality control processes
2. Devising specifications for final products and for incoming material.
3. To develop processes for quality check, improvement in production, packing etc.
4. Ensure that the manufacturing processes comply with both local and global production standards
5. Implementation of QC systems, procedures, and standards of operation
6. Conducting quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to
7. Training quality assurance personnel for building a strong work unit
8. Establishing procedures for sampling, recording and reporting data.
9. Coordinate between management and the production teams with excellent communication
10. In-depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and quality control procedures
11. Resolving Customer complaints & if need be visiting customers to resolve the complaints & understanding customer needs.
