Job summary

Raveone Consultants Bengaluru seeks a QC Inspector in the Quality Department with 3-5 years in a tool room. You will inspect parts per drawings, prepare FAIRs, gauges, and holding methods, and support CMM/VMS operations and GD&T applications.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and 3D Viewer is preferred. Candidates should be willing to work in shifts and join immediately.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Part 2d & 3d drawing reading & understanding.
• Knowledge in Inspection of Parts as per drawing & making FAIR / Gauges & holding method preparation.
• Knowledge in GD & T / application of Software ( Auto cad / Excel / 3D Viewer ).
• Hands on experience on CMM / VMS Operating / Programming & Job setting
• Knowledge in preparing Part DWG ballooning /numbering / Reports analysing for Jobs(Parts /electrodes / Inserts)
• Knowledge in usage of all inspection instruments.
• Attending Mold Trials & Knowledge in preparing First article Trial reports - Cp /CpK / CV /PPAP/FAI, MSA/Gauge R&R .
• Should be ready to work in Shifts
