Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking a QC Inspector in Bengaluru to support the TR_Quality department. You will read 2D/3D drawings, inspect parts, and prepare FAIRs and gauges while supporting CMM/VMS operations and first article trials.

The role requires 3–5 years in a tool room, proficiency with AutoCAD/Excel/3D Viewer, and readiness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting 2D drawings and 3D models with accuracy.
• Inspection of parts per drawing; prepare FAIR, gauges and holding methods.
• Knowledge of GD&T and application of software like AutoCAD, Excel, and 3D Viewer.
• Hands-on experience with CMM/VMS; set up programs and run jobs.
• Prepare part DWG ballooning/numbering; analyze reports for parts, electrodes, inserts.
• Use of inspection instruments for quality checks.
• Perform first article trials and prepare related reports (Cp/CpK/PPAP/MSA/GA).
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings to guide quality inspection and measurement.
• Create and analyze FAIRs, gauges and holding methods.
• Operate and program CMM/VMS equipment and tools as needed.
• Document DWG ballooning, numbering and reporting for each job.

• Department: TR_Quality

• Designation: WEDM Operator / Programmer

• Experience: 3-5 Years in Tool room

• Required skills / Attributes:

  • Knowledge in Part 2d & 3d drawing reading & understanding.

  • Knowledge in Inspection of Parts as per drawing & making FAIR / Gauges & holding method preparation.

  • Knowledge in GD & T / application of Software ( Auto cad / Excel / 3D Viewer ).

  • Hands on experience on CMM / VMS Operating / Programming & Job setting

  • Knowledge in preparing Part DWG ballooning /numbering / Reports analysing for Jobs(Parts /electrodes / Inserts)

  • Knowledge in usage of all inspection instruments.

  • Attending Mold Trials & Knowledge in preparing First article Trial reports - Cp /CpK / CV /PPAP/FAI, MSA/Gauge R&R .

  • Should be ready to work in Shifts

• Tools Knowledge: Knowledge in MS Office (Advance excel skills) /Auto cad / 3D viewer, Related software usage for TR Quality

• Notice period: Immediate joinee preferred

• CTC Range: Gross -30k to 35k / month

• Candidates are preferably from (relevant companies if needed): Toolroom Quality department experience preferred
