Job summary

Appsierra Group in India seeks a QC Inspector in the Quality department to support toolroom validation and first article inspection activities.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience, DME/CIPET/GTTC/NTTF qualifications, and hands-on competency with CMM/VMS, GD&T, and drawing reading. It offers shift-based work with monthly gross salary in the 30k–35k range.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Part 2D & 3D drawing reading & understanding.
• Knowledge in Inspection of Parts per drawing & making FAIR / Gauges & holding method preparation.
• Knowledge in GD&T / application of Software (Auto CAD / Excel / 3D Viewer).
• Hands on experience on CMM / VMS Operating / Programming & Job setting
• Knowledge in preparing Part DWG ballooning / numbering / Reports analysing for Jobs(Parts / electrodes / Inserts)
• Knowledge in usage of all inspection instruments.
• Attending Mold Trials & Knowledge in preparing First article Trial reports - Cp / CpK / CV / PPAP/ FAI, MSA/Gauge R&R)
• Should be ready to work in Shifts
