Job summary

Era It Solution seeks Corporate Head - Quality to manage Body Shop Quality for Shell, Chassis & Axles across 6-8 plants in a multi-plant environment. The role entails handling customer interactions for 2W programs, driving improvements, and delivering quality commitments with mature leadership.

The candidate should have education in engineering (Diploma or BE/BTech), extensive quality exposure in sheet metal parts, and the ability to lead teams under challenging situations, with age up to 53

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience supervising sheet metal quality across multiple plants.
• Age up to 53 years.
• Honda 2W exposure preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Body Shop Quality for Shell/Chassis & Axles.
• Manage 6-8 plants with multi-plant exposure.
