Job summary

Chukde Spices in Rai, Sonipat, Haryana seeks a Quality Assurance professional to inspect incoming, stored, and finished goods and ensure packaging quality, labeling, and shelf life as per FSSAI, GMP, GHP and HACCP. You will manage COA, records, NCR handling and CAPA, while coordinating with warehouse, production, logistics and export teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in Food/FMCG quality, with a strong eye for compliance and traceability. Preference for experience in spices or packaged foods.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspection of incoming, stored and finished goods.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability and proper storage conditions.
• Conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) for domestic & export shipments.
• Verify packaging, labeling, coding, shelf life and product specifications.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP & HACCP requirements.
• Maintain COA, quality records, inspection reports and retention samples.
• Handle NCR, customer complaints, RCA & CAPA.
• Support internal, customer and export-related quality audits.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Logistics & Export teams
