The candidate should hold BSc/MSc (Food tech/Biotech) or B.Tech/M.Tech (Food Tech) and may be a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Food technology, Biotechnology or related field; B.Tech/M.Tech also acceptable.
• 1 year experience or fresher accepted.

Responsibilities

• To monitor quality testing raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality standards compliance.
• Conduct routine sampling and testing of products based on SOPs.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP and other industry-specific standards compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
• Prepare and review quality documentation such as product specifications, certificates of analysis, and audit reports.
• Identify areas for improvement in quality systems and production processes.
• Participate in root cause analysis and suggest solutions to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
• Inspect and test incoming raw materials for chemical composition, physical properties, and safety parameters.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet specifications.
• Evaluate COA for raw materials to verify safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records for all quality checks, test results, and material certificates.
• Create detailed reports on quality of incoming materials and monitor trends.

• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other industry-specific standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
• Prepare and review quality documentation such as product specifications, certificates of analysis, and audit reports.
• Identify areas for improvement in quality systems and production processes.
• Participate in root cause analysis and suggest solutions to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
• Inspect and test all incoming raw materials (e.g., seasoning, oils, Rice, corn, etc.) for chemical composition, physical properties, and safety parameters.
