Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical required.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and IATF 16949/ISO 9001.
• Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D & CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality team and drive a zero-defect / near-zero PPM culture.
• Oversee QA/QC, in-process and final inspection controls.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage documentation for customer quality issues.
• Ensure metrology, GD&T and CNC machining quality standards are met.
• Work in brass/precision machining environment.
