Mployee.me is seeking a QA professional with BaNCS payments experience to join our payments domain team. You will contribute to end-to-end testing across critical rails and migrate assessments, ensuring zero disruption to live payment flows.

The role requires 3-5 years in software testing, manual testing expertise, and collaboration with automation squads to identify candidates for automation while upholding SDLC/STLC standards and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS Payments module.
• 3-5 years in software testing with knowledge of payment rails: SWIFT, SAMOS, CBPR+, SADC, FX.
• Experience in manual testing and test case design.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, UFT).
• Knowledge of cross-border payments, real-time gross settlement, and FX workflows.
• Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Octane).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and migration testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test cases from functional/technical specs.
