Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Manual Testing within the Banking domain, CASA module testing is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of CASA operations and workflows.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Redmine).
• Understanding of KYC norms, interest computation, fee structures, and banking compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis: Analyze business and functional requirements related to CASA products in retail and corporate banking.
• Test Case Design & Execution: Design and execute detailed test cases covering CASA modules such as account creation, account maintenance, transactions, interest processing, charges, and account closure.
• Testing Activities: Conduct various testing types including functional and regression testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, development teams, and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as Redmine, ensuring timely resolution.
• SIT & UAT Support: Provide support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Compliance: Ensure testing processes adhere to regulatory, compliance, and audit controls related to CASA operations.

Objective of the Role
