Job summary

Surabhi Engineers in Haryana is seeking a Quality Manager to strengthen our quality and manufacturing processes for tractor parts. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years experience in sheet metal/manufacturing, and strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO.

You will develop and customize processes to meet business needs, oversee sheet metal, pressing and fabrication quality, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal/manufacturing processes (2-10 years).
• Good knowledge of quality systems (ISO, etc.).
• Ability to develop processes and customize as per business needs.
• Experience in sheet metal, pressing & fabrication.
• Excellent communication skills.
