Job summary

Kalyani Technoforge (KTFL) in Pune district invites a role focused on daily processing, dispatch planning, and OEE monitoring in the forging shop.

You will implement 5S in press shop, take corrective actions on customer complaints, prevent NG parts, and maintain ISO/IATF and EHS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Daily Processing Activity & Dispatch as per plan.
• Calculate and moniter operator OEE & take actions to improve OEE. Responsible for the JH activites in post forging.
• 5s activity in Press shop zone.
• To Take corrective action on customer complent & verified effectiveness.
• To reduce trand of interinal Rejection & Rework.
• To avoid mix of of NG Parts in OK Parts.
• Responsible for document updation as on basis & maintaining the record & provide required ISO data to QMS Coordinator whenever required/on time basis to maintain the management system of ISO/IATF (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 16949:2016 & ISO 13486:2016) & EHS Management system(ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018).
