Responsibilities

• Deploy Quality plans at site through orientation/training
• Process control and material inspection as per ITP
• Monitor procedure compliance; raise deviation notes and follow up for closure
• Verify and retain documentation for calibration of testing equipment
• Report quality performance and deviation status in site reviews
• Submit QA/QC documentation (including RMCs) to clients/consultants
