Job summary

Chakradhara Aerospace And Cargo seeks a quality inspection professional to perform first piece/part dimensional checks and ensure components meet customer specifications. You will validate measurements, coordinate with suppliers for audits, and drive corrective actions to sustain continuous manufacturing.

Role emphasizes FPPA recording, NC identification, and maintaining supplier records and audit certificates in line with QMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in first part dimensional inspection and measurement.
• Knowledge of FPPA and process release for continuous manufacturing.
• Ability to identify non-conformances and raise NCs per batch/file records.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality measurement using instruments to confirm product spec.
• Inspect outsource parts to ensure specification.
• Provide clearance for continuous production per drawings and process parameters.
• Record FPPA and release part/process for manufacturing.
• Identify and record non-conformances and raise NCs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, conduct supplier audits, RCCA to resolve NCs.
• Submit inspection supplier performance reports and improvement plans.
• Identify limit samples per customer documents.
• Maintain approved supplier list and audit certificates.

Role & responsibilities

Perform and Evaluate quality measurement by using measuring instruments/equipment's and test systems to confirm that the Product meets the desired specification

Preferred candidate profile

• Perform First part dimentional Inspection of Outsource Parts/Products by measuring instruments inorder to ensure product specification
• Provide Clearance for Continous production by verifying dimentional parameter as determined in TPI QC2 / Process Drawing to meet the delivey schedule
• Record the FPPA(First Part Process Approval) by analising the measured paramaters and Release the Part / Process to ensure continous Manufacturing.
• Identify & Record the Non Conformance of mechanical parts/assemblies by raising NC's in accordance to Batch File & Wo inorder to assure the quality
• Co-ordination with suppliers, conduct the supplier audites to maintain the quality /QMS requirements, and conduct RCCA to resolve the NC's. Prepare & submit inspection suppliers wise performance report and improvement plan.
• Identify limit samples according to customer 's document to meet product specifications.
• Maintain the approved supplier list, suppliers internal/external audit results and certificate validity, ensure the effectiveness of the audit.
