Job summary

TYPSA India in Gurugram is seeking a Civil QA/QC professional to strengthen preventive controls, audits, and documentation across projects.

You will lead process improvements, analyze deviations with Pareto, FMEA, and control charts, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards on site.

Qualifications

• B.Tech. in Civil Engineering required.
• ISO 9001:2015 certification desirable.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC.
• Good understanding of site conditions and design criteria.
• Prior site experience, preferably with execution and coordination exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prevent errors via robust workflows, documentation, and validation.
• Plan, conduct, and report internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC systems and standards.
• Lead process improvement projects for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Apply statistical tools to detect and prevent issues.
• Coordinate QA/QC teams to collect data and reports.
• Maintain clear communication across management, staff, suppliers, and clients.
