• Ensure quality and workmanship of every activity across the project site
• Maintain and manage QA/QC documents including certificates, test results, inspection requests, non-conformance reports and site observations
• Develop standards for inspection and testing methods and ensure high quality across processes
• Review materials at the site for compliance with project specifications and collaborate on material procurement
• Supervise implementation of test and inspection schedules and coordinate quality audits
• Assist with training employees on quality standards and procedures
• Manage lifting of equipment and storage of materials with quality controls
• Analyze products and non-conformance records and prepare monthly performance reports
• Monitor systems and procedures to ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Recommend corrective actions to improve quality assurance processes
• Develop method statements and risk assessments including job safety and environmental analyses

Job description

Role & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity. Thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to civil

2. Taking care of QA/ QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, Non compliance reports and site instruction/ observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

3. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and testes on all procedure and obverse all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.

4. Review quality of all material at the site and ensure compliance with all projects specification and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of material.

5. Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

6. Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedure and collaborate with contractor and suppliers to maintain the quality of all system.

7. Manage to lift of all types of equipment and handle the efficient storage of all material and perform quality audits as per required schedule.

8. Analyze all products and non conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.

9. Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all procedure to ensure all work according to quality requirement.

10. Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.

11. Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment for the activity including risk and job safety environmental analysis and inspection test plan and checklist based on specification of the project.

12. Coordinate with site in change for Quality inspection.

13. Report to In charge of Quality control, and monitor all activities related to quality.
