Job summary

Suman Electronics in Thane, Maharashtra is seeking a PCB QC & Assembly Inspector with 1–3 years of hands-on experience. The role focuses on verifying component placement, BOM conformance, and maintaining final inspection records.

The ideal candidate should have Diploma/ITI in Electronics, soldering knowledge for THT/SMT, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Overtime where applicable; 3-month probation period.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check placement of components, soldering, and cleanliness of PCBs.

• Rework of assembled PCBs.
• Maintain final inspection records.
• Escalate recurring defects to Production Supervisor/Manager.
• Raise NCRs for rejected materials.
• Prepare documents as per ISO 9001 on a regular basis.

• Check the placement of components, soldering ,cleanliness of PCBs.
• Verify board matches BOM and assembly drawing correct component, no missing/extra parts
• Identify defective boards for rework, and maintain records of the same.
• Rework of Assembled PCBs
• Maintain final inspection records.
• Escalate recurring or critical defects to Production Supervisor/ Manager
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for rejected materials.
• Prepare documents as per ISO 9001 on regular basis.

Qualification

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics.
• 1-3 years in electronics QC & PCB assembly preferred.
• Should have knowledge of electronic components their values, their correct placements and its functionality and soldering.
• Good eyesight/color vision for fine-pitch and verification of small SMD component
• Should be well versed with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Should be able to solder THT (through hole) and SMT components.
• Should be able to understand BOM and sample assembly drawings.

Salary and other details:

• CTC: Rs.1,92,000/- to Rs. 2,00,000/- This includes professional tax,ESIC,PF. (Bonus amount is not considered in CTC, Its paid separately on basis of performance of the candidate)
• Overtime is paid whenever applicable
• Probation period: 3 months, the probation period might get extended if the candidate requires more training.
• 1 month notice period is compulsory.
• Overtime is paid whenever applicable
• The candidate will be eligible for casual leave after completion of the probation period.
• The candidate will be eligible for leave encashment and bonus after completion of the probation period.
