Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Functional Tester with strong HRMS, payroll, compliance, and PEO domain expertise to join our team. The role focuses on validating end-to-end HR and payroll workflows and testing employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire.

You will verify payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and benefits while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Collaboration with product, development, and business teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional and manual testing across HRMS/payroll/benefits domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with payroll components, regulatory compliance, and benefits administration.

Responsabilités

Hiring: Functional Tester - HRMS / Payroll / benefits and Compliance domain

Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday-Friday)

We are looking for a Functional Tester with strong domain expertise in HRMS, Payroll, Compliance, and PEO systems to join our team.

• SQL / Database Validation (Good to Have)

Responsibilities:

• Validate end-to-end HR and Payroll workflows
• Test employee lifecycle processes (Hire-to-Retire)
• Verify payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and benefitsEnsure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams
• Track and manage defects through the complete lifecycle

Preferred Background:

• Experience with HRMS, Payroll, Workforce Management, or PEO products
• Strong understanding of payroll components, compliance, and benefits administration
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
