Honeybee Tech Solutions is seeking an SAP ECP/EC Payroll QA Test Analyst for on-site roles across Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon. The role focuses on executing SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing for SAP ECP / EC Payroll implementations.

You will validate EC‑to‑ECP data replication, test payroll interfaces, and analyse variances to ensure accurate payroll outcomes. Strong experience in SAP Payroll and related tools is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP Payroll experience (SAP ECP / Employee Central Payroll).
• Hands‑on integration testing and SIT execution demonstrated.
• Experience with payroll interfaces and parallel payroll runs.

Responsibilities

Role Title: SAP ECP / EC Payroll QA Test Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Execute SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel payroll testing for SAP ECP / EC Payroll implementations.
Validate EC-to-ECP integrations, including employee data, compensation, organisational, and position data replication.
Test payroll interfaces such as ACH/NACHA bank files, GL postings, time integrations, and third-party vendor feeds.
Analyse payroll variances, document defects, support root cause identification, and ensure accurate payroll outcomes.

Core Requirements

6+ years of experience in SAP Payroll, including SAP ECP / Employee Central Payroll.
Strong US Payroll knowledge covering tax processing, wage types, garnishments, retro payroll, off-cycle payroll, BSI TaxFactory, and year-end processes (W-2).
Hands‑on experience in integration testing, SIT execution, payroll interfaces, and parallel payroll runs.
Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central replication processes and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM/Quality Center, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Multi-state US Payroll experience including local and state tax scenarios.
• Exposure to legacy payroll platforms such as ADP or Ceridian.
• Experience working on consulting or system implementation projects.
