Job summary

Calpion Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Analyst (Revenue Cycle Management) in a night-shift, work‑from‑office role based in Coimbatore/Bangalore. You will audit AR analysts to ensure top‑tier service delivery and compliance with healthcare processes.

Your day‑to‑day involves reviewing AR caller outputs, monitoring call quality, and collaborating with the training team to implement remedial measures. A fixed full‑time role with focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Quality Controller for AR in medical billing services.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and process understanding.
• Experience with end-to-end healthcare processes and AR calling for audits.
• Ability to adapt to new situational challenges.
• Strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
