Job summary

Calpion Inc. is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to design and implement Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, influence design discussions, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable integrations and secure data handling. You will work with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, and Salesforce testing practices, while leveraging middleware like Informatica, Jitterbit, and MuleSoft for seamless data flows.

Qualifications

• End-to-end implementation on Salesforce platform.
• Experience designing and developing software components.
• Strong understanding of security requirements including SSO and data security.

Responsibilities

• End to End implementation experience with the Salesforce platform.

• Experience with development technologies such as Apex.
• Integration experience using Web-based technologies (Soap, Rest) and Middleware tools like Informatica, Jitterbit, MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of security like single sign-on and data protection.
• Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts (ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, SVN).
• Define system landscape, identify gaps, and deliver solution requirements.

Job Summary

As a Salesforce developer, you play a vital role in helping organizations maximize the value of your Salesforce investment. You create tailored solutions that address unique business needs, improve user experience, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• End to End implementation experience with the Salesforce platform.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related major.
• 4+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP), filling positions of growing responsibility, and managing junior technical resources.
• 4+ years’ experience as a Senior Developer in a mid to large-sized organization with proven leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.
• 4+ years of professional object-oriented development experience.
• Experience with key areas of technical architecture, including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.

Desired Skills

• SFDC or other CRM architecture experience is a plus.
• The healthcare domain is an added advantage.
• Experience with healthcare or the behavioral health industry a big plus
