Job summary

Fulcrum Digital Inc is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead specialized in Playwright to shape and drive our automation strategy across enterprise applications.

You will design scalable Playwright frameworks, mentor QA engineers, set standards, and collaborate with product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and robust quality across releases.

Proficiency in CI/CD integration (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), API automation, and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in QA Automation and Testing.
• Proven experience in building Playwright automation frameworks from scratch.
• Experience in API automation and end-to-end web application testing.
• Strong understanding of test framework design, reusable components, and automation best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Git, version control, and test reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Lead the automation strategy for web application testing and ensure maximum test coverage.
• Guide and mentor the QA team in learning, implementing, and adopting Playwright automation.
• Define automation standards, coding practices, and framework architecture.
• Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
