We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive QA Automation Lead to drive and strengthen our quality assurance function through end-to-end test automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA Automation function and drive automation initiatives across all applications and platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Automate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Review business requirements and technical specifications to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Identify opportunities to increase automation coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution.
• Define QA best practices, standards, and processes across projects.
• Track and report quality metrics, automation coverage, and testing progress to management.
• Mentor and guide QA team members on automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies.
