The Role You'll Play

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will own end-to-end QA activities across the SDLC/STLC, with strong

expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing.

You will be responsible for defining test strategies, leading functional and automation testing, validating

APIs and databases, conducting performance testing, managing defects, monitoring release readiness, and

driving QA standards and best practices across the team.

What You'll Be Driving

QA Strategy & Test Planning

Own end-to-end QA activities across SDLC/STLC

Define test strategy, test plans, scenarios, test cases, and test reports

Lead Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory, UAT, and E2E Testing

Monitor QA progress, risks, quality metrics, and release readiness

Develop and maintain UI automation using Playwright

Perform API testing using Postman

Test REST APIs, Microservices, third-party integrations, and end-to-end workflows

Integrate automation with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines

Perform MongoDB/NoSQL database validation and backend testing

Perform Load, Stress, and Performance Testing using JMeter

Ensure API validation and MongoDB data consistency

Manage defects, triage, RCA, retesting, and closure using JIRA

Drive defect triage, RCA, and risk mitigation

Ensure testing completion, release readiness, and minimize production defects

Quality Engineering & Team Leadership

Improve Playwright and REST Assured automation coverage and stability

Mentor QA engineers and ensure QA standards and best practices

Plan QA activities and review deliverables

Promote Shift-Left Testing, Continuous Testing, Automation, and Quality Engineering
