Job summary

Krish Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to drive quality across our product platform. You will build and execute automated test strategies, validate complex workflows, and ensure reliability, performance and scalability of integrated systems throughout the product lifecycle.

You will manage test plans, develop load and performance tests with Locust or k6, collaborate with devs, and contribute to CI/CD environments while upholding QA standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QA experience with a focus on Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Locust, k6 or similar load testing tools.
• Strong expertise in integration and end-to-end testing across APIs and CI/CD.
• Mandatory experience in product testing and validating business workflows.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer, to drive quality across our product platform. The role involves building and executing automated test strategies, validating complex business workflows and ensuring the reliability, performance and scalability of integrated systems throughout the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage own productivity, learning and utilization of hours.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements/SOW.
• Understand and adapt workflow for QA project based on sprints and milestones.
• Managing QC & UAT for each projects and ensuring deliverables as per scope.
• Making test plan, test cases for the assigned projects and manage results for them.
• Perform Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
• Identify and report defects or issues in the project.
• Work closely with the dev team and certify each build as part of internal/external UAT.
• Supporting other team members to achieve project objectives, customer delight and process compliance.
• In the case of crisis, or breakdown, work along with the tech team to identify the root cause and assist in resolving them.
• Follow QA standards, policies, and procedures.
• Accountable for the code quality, and bug-free delivery of development.
• Managing documentation for QA department & Reporting in desired format.
• Adhere to QA procedures and policies.
• Develop and execute performance and load-testing scripts.

What We’d Love To See

• 3–5 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on Automation Testing.
• Hands‑on experience with Locust, k6 or similar tools for load/stress testing and performance analysis.
• Strong expertise in integration and end‑to‑end testing across APIs, third‑party systems and CI/CD environments.
• Mandatory experience in product testing, validating business workflows and data flow across interconnected systems.
• Experience testing web, Android and iOS applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and a quality‑first mindset.
• ISTQB Certification (CTFL)
