Job summary

Acies is seeking an experienced QA leader in Maharashtra, India, with 10–15 years of hands-on QA/quality management experience in BFSI domains. The role requires certifications like ISTQB/CSTE/CSQA and a strong background in QA tooling including Excel, Selenium, and Azure DevOps/Jira.

You will mentor a QA team and drive testing for ERP and GRC platforms. Ideal candidates have a Graduate degree or are pursuing one, and possess proven ability to translate requirements into test strategies and

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in QA/testing and quality management.
• Graduate or pursuing graduation in a relevant field.
• Quality assurance certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for enterprise products.
• Drive functional, product, and workflow testing initiatives.
• Validate complex business rules, approval workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, UAT planning and quality metrics.
• Mentor and manage QA team members.
• Exposure to Banking, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, or Financial Analytics applications.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Drive testing initiatives for GRC platforms and ERP solutions.

Job description

• Number of years of experience expected: 10- 15years
• Areas of past experience preferred: QA testing, Quality Management in BFSI domain
• Educational qualification expected: Graduate/ Pursuing graduation
• Additional qualifications/ certifications required: Quality assurance certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, etc.).
• Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US
• Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English
• Application experience: MS Excel, Selenium, Testing tools.
• Application experience good to have: Azure DevOps, Jira, Selenium.

Key responsibility areas:

• Lead end to end QA activities for enterprise products
• Drive Functional, Product, and Workflow Testing initiatives

GRC & ERP Testing

• Drive testing initiatives for GRC platforms such as MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, OpenPages, Archer, etc.
• Validate Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Regulatory workflows.
• Lead testing of ERP solutions including SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications.

• Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
• Period of engagement: Full-time position
• Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
• Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion
• Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.
