Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; freshers invited.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Experience in BPO/inbound/outbound is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand and master the assigned QA process, guidelines and quality parameters.
• Review field executive interactions and completed tasks against standards.
• Identify errors and communicate findings to the team with constructive feedback.
• Provide suggestions to improve quality and process adherence.
• Monitor task quality and accuracy of reports.
• Prepare MIS and operational reports as required.
• Analyze data to identify recurring errors and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with team to resolve quality-related issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and productivity gains.
• Maintain records of quality checks and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to required processes during interactions and data collection.

Job Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Intern to join our back-office operations team. The role involves monitoring and evaluating the quality of tasks completed by field executives, ensuring adherence to defined processes and quality standards, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic analytical ability, and a willingness to work with data, reports, and operational processes.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Understand and gain expertise in the assigned process, guidelines, and quality parameters.
• Review and evaluate field executive interactions and completed tasks against defined quality standards.
• Identify errors, deviations, and quality issues and communicate them effectively to the concerned team members.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve quality and process adherence.
• Compare actual performance with defined standards and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of delivered tasks and reports.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and other operational reports as required.
• Analyze data to identify recurring errors, quality gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve quality-related issues.
• Contribute to process improvement and productivity optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, observations, and feedback.
• Ensure that field executives follow the required process while interacting with individuals and collecting information.

Requirements:

• Good Communication Skill.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. (Freshers invited)
• Basic Computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge.
• Previous experience as a BPO / Inbound / Outbound process will be an advantage.
