Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze employee work performance.
• Track key productivity and quality metrics.
• Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing solutions.
• Maintain records of quality assurance activities and performance data.
• Provide feedback to employees and management for continuous improvement.
• Support the QA team with documentation and reporting tasks.
• Monitor and analyze client chats, call recordings, and improve communication quality.
• Take feedback from customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer grievances and reduce client churn.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• Prior internship or academic experience in quality assurance, HR, or performance management is a plus.
• A strong interest in quality assurance, process improvement, and employee performance analysis.
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools is a bonus.
